Terms (ENG)

These Regulations define the general conditions and rules of operation of the online store https://hexagear.brickowl.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Store").
 

§ 1. Definitions

1. Customer - a natural person / company placing an order in the Store.
2. Carrier - a courier company or other entity responsible for the shipment of goods.
3. Business days - days of the week from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
4. Package - packed goods, purchased by the Customer.
    

§ 2. Payments

1. The prices of goods for a customer from the European Union include VAT in the amount of 23%.
2. The customer undertakes to make the payment within 7 days from placing the order. In the event of failure to meet the obligation,
3. The store reserves the right to cancel the order, but not earlier than 2 days after sending the reminder.
    

§ 3. Additional fees

1. The customer accepts all additional costs related to the use of quick payment methods.
2. The customer undertakes to cover all customs costs and additional fees resulting from transfers using the IBAN method.
3. In the event of refusal to pay the customs duty, refusal to collect the Parcel, or failure to collect the Parcel,
   The customer bears all costs associated with returning the parcel to the headquarters of the Store.
    

§ 4. Shipment and delivery

1. Customer accepts all shipping terms and conditions set forth in the "Delivery".
2. The Store is not responsible for the delivery of the parcel and for delays resulting from the Carrier's work.
3. The Customer waives his right to claim refund as a result of not receiving the Parcel shipped with non-trackabled methods.
    

§ 5. Goods

1. All items offered by the Store are new and original.
2. The shop emphasizes that the items sold may have minor scratches resulting from repeated transport.
3. The Store is not responsible for differences in the shade or degree of transparency of elements characterized by a single color.
    

§ 6. Final provisions

1. The Store reserves the right to place the Customer on the so-called "Buyer Stop List" if the Client does not comply with any point of the regulations.
2. By placing an order in the Store, the Customer declares that he has read the regulations and fully accepts them.
