If this is the case, we will write to you and propose you to choose one of the 4 solutions we have prepared:

I have received more items than I ordered | If the items are not marked as free, it's probably our mistake in counting... Lucky you! The pieces are yours to keep, but we would be grateful if you let us know exactly what you received. We will update the quantity in stock - this will prevent reporting missing items in the another customers order. |
I've been waiting for a long time and my order, which was supposed to be sent by Polish Post by priority mail, has not arrived. | Check delivery times for parcels with tracking sent by the Polish Post (at Shipping section) Please note that contrary to what the post office says, it may take longer for your parcel to reach you without being tracked. |
The pieces I got are in a bit different hue, or transparent elements are more foggy. | LEGO is releasing parts with a minor colour variations, tho these are still sharing same color name. |
