Please send us a message describing the missing items. We appreciate using the item ID, and if there are two, we use second one.

We offer 4 solutions to the problem of an incomplete order. Please send the name of the selected option as well as the ID numbers and colors of the missing elements.
  • 1. Coupon x1.8 - We issue a coupon for 1.8 value of missing elements. If you already have a coupon, we add up both values.
  • 2. Refund - We return the equivalent of missing pieces.
  • 3. Resend - We send missing elements.
  • 4. New order - Place a new order (within 1 week time) to which we will add the missing pieces. We cover the shipping cost up to the value you paid for shipping. You can place a larger order, but you cover the difference.
    Please use "Request a quote" and leave us a message so that we can properly quote your shipping.

    IMPORTANT!!
    If you don't select "Request a quote" and pay for shipping, you won't get a refund.

Missing pieces while completeing the order (lack of ordered items in the store)

If this is the case, we will write to you and propose you to choose one of the 4 solutions we have prepared:
 

  1. Coupon x1.8 - We issue a coupon for 1.8 value of missing elements. If you already have a coupon, we add up both values.
  2. Refund - We return the equivalent of missing pieces.
  3. Swap - You choose any other items from the store of similar value.
  4. Shipment of complete order* - We will order missing itmes and ship complete order as soon as we get them. Usually it takes 2-3 days, however it depends on the external company, so at the end it can take a bit longer.

I have received more items than I ordered If the items are not marked as free, it's probably our mistake in counting... Lucky you! The pieces are yours to keep, but we would be grateful if you let us know exactly what you received. We will update the quantity in stock - this will prevent reporting missing items in the another customers order.
 
I've been waiting for a long time and my order, which was supposed to be sent by Polish Post by priority mail, has not arrived. Check delivery times for parcels with tracking sent by the Polish Post (at Shipping section) Please note that contrary to what the post office says, it may take longer for your parcel to reach you without being tracked.
The pieces I got are in a bit different hue, or transparent elements are more foggy. LEGO is releasing parts with a minor colour variations, tho these are still sharing same color name.
